Service Advisor

St. B’s Automotive, a family-owned and locally operated auto repair shop in Clarksville, TN, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic and busy team. As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the critical link between our customers and our technicians, ensuring clear communication, top-notch service, and excellent customer satisfaction. With nine lifts and 13 bays, our shop is equipped to handle all automotive needs, from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics.

Salary Range

Competitive pay based on experience

Hours

 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • » Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs
  • » Provide detailed explanations of repairs and maintenance to customers
  • » Create accurate repair orders and work estimates
  • » Coordinate repair schedules between technicians and customers
  • » Ensure timely completion of services while maintaining communication with customers
  • » Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups in a professional manner
  • » Maintain accurate records of services and customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • » Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service/automotive role
  • » Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • » Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • » Basic understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance
  • » A commitment to providing excellent customer service
